In exactly two weeks, President Barack Obama will become the first US President to visit Kenya while in office.
He’ll be in the country to attend the Global Entrepreneurs Summit and hold talks with President Uhuru. The number of days he’ll be in Nairobi is a closely guarded secret, but indications are that he may be here longer than the rumoured 24 hours.
As with any US President, the secret service has made adequate security preparations. It was reported that already 3 major hotels in the city have been booked, but it’s not clear where Obama will spend his time.
Yesterday, photos were doing rounds on social media of vehicles that will supposedly be part of his motorcade. If you’ve not seen them, check them out below.
However, do not expect to see Obama’s beast being photographed around as that would be one closely guarded vehicle.
