THE MAN WHO HAD SEX WITH COW CHARGED

A Meru man pleaded not guilty before court on allegations of having sex with a cow.

Boniface Gitonga was presented before Meru Principal Magistrate Joseph Karanja on Wednesday where he was accused of having intimate relations with a cow on Monday.

According to the prosecution, Gitonga was caught in the act by locals at Thungura-Meitei village in Buuri sub-county.

His case will be mentioned on July 16.

He was freed on a Sh50,000 bond with a surety of similar amount, or an alternative of Sh 25,000 cash bail.
